This license ensures that humanity’s greatest challenges can be addressed freely while maintaining fair compensation for commercial value creation derived from the Framework.

SECTION 1: DEFINITIONS

1.1 Framework Components

“TransNL/Post Math Framework” includes:

•⁠  ⁠All TransNL/Post Math operations, syntax, and semantic structures 

•⁠  ⁠The Soledad Method and its applications 

•⁠  ⁠All related papers, documentation, and implementation guides 

•⁠  ⁠Software implementations, code examples, and training materials 

•⁠  ⁠Any derivative works or extensions of the core framework 

1.2 Use Categories

“Humanitarian Use” means:

•⁠  ⁠Medical research, disease treatment, drug discovery, and therapeutic development 

•⁠  ⁠Clinical applications and patient care optimization 

•⁠  ⁠Public health research and epidemiological studies 

•⁠  ⁠Climate science and environmental protection research

“Commercial Use” means:

•⁠  ⁠Enterprise software or platform development 

•⁠  ⁠Any application generating direct or indirect commercial advantage 

“Research-to-Commercial Bridge” means:

•⁠  ⁠Commercialization of discoveries made using TransNL/Post Math under Humanitarian Use 

•⁠  ⁠Products, services, or IP derived from TransNL/Post Math-enabled research 

•⁠  ⁠Commercial applications of insights gained through TransNL/Post Math research 

•⁠  ⁠Any monetization of research outputs that utilized TransNL/Post Math 

1.3 Key Entities

“Creator” means Jesús Manuel Soledad Terrazas 

“Licensee” means any individual or entity using the TransNL/Post Math Framework 

“Commercial Value” means revenues, valuations, licensing fees, or other economic benefits 



SECTION 2: GRANT OF RIGHTS

2.1 Humanitarian Use License

FREE, WORLDWIDE, NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE granted for:

•⁠  ⁠Medical research and treatment development 

•⁠  ⁠Scientific research addressing global challenges 

•⁠  ⁠Educational use in academic institutions 

•⁠  ⁠Non-profit humanitarian applications 

No fees, no restrictions, immediate access.

2.2 Attribution Requirements (All Uses)

Mandatory for all applications:

•⁠  ⁠Citation of primary TransNL/Post Math papers in all publications 

•⁠  ⁠Clear acknowledgment in presentations, reports, and documentation 

•⁠  ⁠Notification to Creator of significant applications or discoveries 

2.3 Commercial Use Requirements

All Commercial Use requires:

•⁠  ⁠Express written commercial license agreement 

•⁠  ⁠Licensing fees and/or revenue sharing arrangements 

•⁠  ⁠Compliance with commercial license terms 

•⁠  ⁠Ongoing reporting and audit compliance 



SECTION 3: RESEARCH-TO-COMMERCIAL BRIDGE FRAMEWORK

3.1 Commercialization Trigger Events

Automatic commercialization obligations apply when:

•⁠  ⁠Research conducted under Humanitarian Use leads to commercial products 

•⁠  ⁠IP created using TransNL/Post Math is licensed, sold, or commercialized 

•⁠  ⁠Companies are formed to exploit TransNL/Post Math-enabled discoveries 

•⁠  ⁠Investment funding is secured for TransNL/Post Math-derived technologies 

•⁠  ⁠Revenue exceeds $100,000 annually from TransNL/Post Math-enabled work 

3.2 Creator Participation Rights

When Trigger Events occur, Creator receives:

Tier 1 – Research Discoveries:

•⁠  ⁠3-8 % of net revenues from products/services directly derived from TransNL/Post Math research 

•⁠  ⁠1-3 % of company valuations when TransNL/Post Math research is core to the business model 

•⁠  ⁠Minimum \$50,000 annual licensing fee for enterprise applications 

Tier 2 – Breakthrough Applications:

•⁠  ⁠5-12 % of net revenues for transformative medical or scientific breakthroughs 

•⁠  ⁠2-5 % of company valuations for unicorn companies built on TransNL/Post Math insights 

•⁠  ⁠Preferred terms for follow-on commercial licensing 

Tier 3 – Platform Applications:

•⁠  ⁠8-15 % of net revenues when TransNL/Post Math becomes core infrastructure 

•⁠  ⁠3-7 % of company valuations for platform companies 

•⁠  ⁠Board advisory position option for major applications 

3.3 Calculation and Payment Terms

Revenue Sharing Methodology:

SECTION 5: PROHIBITED USES AND CIRCUMVENTION

Licensee may NOT:

•⁠  ⁠Remove attribution requirements or misrepresent Framework origins 

•⁠  ⁠Reverse-engineer to avoid licensing requirements 

•⁠  ⁠Use for military weapons development or harmful applications 

•⁠  ⁠Transfer rights without Creator consent 

•⁠  ⁠Use TransNL/Post Math for illegal purposes

5.2 Anti-Circumvention Provisions

Specifically prohibited circumvention strategies:

•⁠  ⁠Using intermediary entities to obscure commercial applications

Violation Consequences:

SECTION 6: MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

All Licensees must:
